The Leap Year

Today is 29th Feb.. The Leap Year..
Nothing much I can write for today..
Just that I'm out of job.. Enjoying myself Relaxing at home..

Remembering the last leap year, which is 4 years ago.. this date..

^^Waking up early, looking out from my window seeing the Morning sun and Breathing the Fresh Air.. My Heart Feel so Sad.. My Friends are waiting for me to go eat meal for the last time together over there..
I packed my 2 big luggage one last time in my Apartment (Villa Miranda)..
I was about to board the plane Alone from Texas, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport..
Very Sad to leave Texas..
But Very Touch to see All my Friends coming to send me off at the Aiport..
Reaching San Francisco International Airport.. I was alone again..
Wasn't my 1st time in that Airport but I was so scared as i was alone..
The Airport is so Big.. I don even know Where can i board my next flight..
Walked every corner and ask people..
After Booking my flight, called home 1 last time to confirm my reaching date and time..
Reaching Hong Kong.. I was alone again.. Went shop around the Aiport and bought some goodies before i board my plane again and continue my destination back to Singapore.. ^^

Super Boring for that more than 25 hours Alone Boarding Flight again and again..
Hate to be Alone..

Times passes so Fast.. Seem like yesterday only..

No More Donut Factory-ing..

Today is my Last day working in Donut Factory..
Quite Sad.. But I'm glad it's over..
Thinking of grabbing one last "Double Chocolate" before I leave..
But I'm totally forgot all about it.. All becos too busy for the order the last minute.. Haiz..

After work, waited for my Mei to come giving her surprise..
She came early and did very surprise still seeing me inside the shop..
Chit Chat with her sitting outside the shop as she still got 1 hour free time..

When Mei's time to start working, Crystal off work..
We planned to eat dinner together after work..
I waited for her and we went to eat "Tissue Soup" Noodle along the "Near Bugis" Street there..
Opps.. Is Wanton Noodle lah.. lol..
Crystal is so funny lor.. Like just walk out from a Comic lor..
Actually, we are Two Big Jokers !!
We two keep talking Big Lame and Stupid Jokes lor..
We laugh and laugh and laugh during the meal..
It's hilarious..

I try the New "Mother's Crepe" from the shop just opposite us today for lunch..
Cost me $4.80.. Taste still Ok only for me.. And the staffs are not friendly at all..
This is a Chicken Ham and Egg one..

Sure gonna Miss all the Fun times Donut Factory-ing..

After work, didn't go home straight..
Went meet mum and sis in a chinese restaurant at Causeway Point eat dinner..
After that, went to see the chingay with mum in our district..
Yup.. a smaller version of chingay in our district tonight..
So crowded with people over there..

Actually, he coming toward us just wanting to shake my mum's hand lah cos he knew my mum lor.. He did learned Tai Chi from my mum few times liao.. My mum is Tai Chi Master hor.. Don't Play Play..

Donut Factory

Working in Donut Factory for 8 months now..
Finally leaving in 2 days more.. I Quit because the Boss is not good !!
Already tired of eating the donuts.. Haha..
Have been working the Morning Shift for more than one month..
Feeling so Sian of making the donuts liao..

Anyway,
It's a good New learning experience as a Baker for me..
Proud of it.. Totally Awesome..

Let's me show u how we Make the Delicious donuts..

Mixing the Special Pre-Mix Flour in this Mixer Machine..

Sheeting the Rested Dough in this Sheeter Machine..

Cutting the Ring, Semi, Shell and Heart Shape out from the Sheeted Dough..

Place them nicely onto the tray..

Proofing dough inside the Proofer Machine..

Frying the donuts in this Fryer Machine..

Decorate the donuts with Chocolates and Flavours..

Ready to be display out..

我在幹嘛..

Was supposed to blog yesterday..
But i was kinda lazy when i got back home, u know..
Just wanna lie on my big comfortable bed and read..

So i blog today..
But i was totally forgot wat i wanna write for yesterday.. lol..

Trying to think hard and i only remember this..
Just that yesterday is the last day (fifteen days) of Lunar New Year..
Counted AngBao money i found in my drawer which i had already forgotten and to my surprise i still can get over $100.. I haven't go any where else this year except my grandma place only and i only get less than 10 AngBao..
Blink Blink..

As for today, went to work morning and help Mei find her wallet which she so careless and left it in the locker yesterday.. After work, went down to her place and just to return it to her.. BUT..
Was kinda disappointed in her.. She can just leave me keep waiting in the station for so long and not wanting to come and get it herself.. In the end, her mum came and meet me.. Finally when Mei come, She don even wanting to see me directly and not even talk to me at all.. Treat me like Totally Stranger.. She was not in the mood which i can see.. Dots.. Make me Feel like getting a Big Tight Slap after helping out with Good Will..
Eat dinner at the kopi tiam near her place with she and her mum..
After that, send them home and i went back home too..

No Donut Factory-ing today..
Well, i can say this is the last Off Day for me while working here..

OMG, its damn horrifying !! I was freaking out..

Found many little spiders crawling inside the Mixer Machine this morning..
The flour is already inside..
That Fat guy still said "Never Mind lah.. We ourselves don eat donuts today lor.."
I can't believe what i heard.. I try to catch and clean as much as possible..
But too many little Itsy Bitsy already mixed inside the flour liao..
Don know Who going to eat that.. Going to be sick man.. Yucks..
Damm !! Some people can be So inconsiderate..

Anyway, on a brighter note, my Sis already came back home from Hong Kong this Morning.. She bought me my Favourite 老婆餅..
There are lots of flavours..
But i like the flaky pastry with winter melon paste one..

This brand from Hong Kong.. Sweet and Tasty.. I bought once when I'm was at the Hong Kong Airport Transfer..

She also bought me some T-shirts.. One branded and One otaku.. I like both..

She also bought me UnderWear !! She said "Black Chocoolate" Also branded stuffs..

No Work today..

For so long i didn't have the chance to Off on weekend liao..
Finally it's my turn..

Morning wake up early to go eat breakfast with my mum..
Later come home rest a while, we take bus and went to Marine Parade there walk walk..
We went to eat our lunch at the hawker center there..

We had 炒粿條.. Which is above and it tasted so Wet.. First time i eat So Wet Wet one.. Don know is they cooked wrongly or what.. 怪怪的..

Normally people like 蚝煎 (fried oyster omelette).. We had 虾煎 which is above.. Taste still ok to me.. Cost $5.. So expensive.. Got 8 prawns in it..

After finished Shopping around Parkway Parade, We went eat 龟苓膏 (Herbal Turtle Jelly).. Which is above.. Cold one.. Taste smooth and Not bad la..

So fast Another Off day for me..
Didn't plan anything for today.. Boring again..

As usual morning wake up do work out and go swimming..
Then take bus went to buy 'Nasi Lemak' and Carrot Fruit Juice, come back home watch DVD movie and eat..
Evening meet mum go Choa Chu Kang "Lot 1" there walk walk and eat dinner..
We eat Hong Kong Style food over at the restaurant.. so full..
She bought 2 cans of Beer home to drink again..

I have been trying to improve my blog site..
Learning how to put in new stuffs into my blog through the net..
Viewed many of the other nice blogs.. Their one so nice..
I had changed a bit here and there liao..
But still not good enough..

Start work lor..

Cannot sleep much.. Wake up early and go work lor..
Still not much people and not much shops open yet..
Our shop inside is so smelly today..
Got so many creepy crawly around.. Eeek..

Feel So sleepy while working at the boring place..
After work came home, my mum cook 佛跳墙..
Yesterday i drank Abalone Porridge , Today i drink 佛跳墙 soup , Tomorrow i'm going to drink Bird Nest Soup ba.. lol..

Last day of my holiday..

This New Year period is a quite Boring Holiday for me.. No Mahjong.. No Gamble.. No Travelling overseas.. No Frens to go out with..
真的很無聊.. 無聊到爆炸 !!

Wake up very early today..
The sun just starting to come out from it hiding place..
Accompany my mum to Temple pray pray..
Eat breakfast over there together and come back home..

Went Swimming again..
The sun is so warm and good..
Come back home and found out my Sis already booked Movie tickets for the whole family in the afternoon..
After eating my mum's Abalone porridge, We all went see movie again..
After the movie, we went to eat Pizza at Pizza Hut..
They got the new Prosperity Pizza which look like this..

Later My god bro come and meet us at the Pizza Hut.. We takeaway the leftover pizza for him to eat when we all got back home.. Chit Chat a bit.. Downloaded his PSP games.. Watch a bit TV.. He went home when night came..

"Ah Long Pte Ltd" is a light-hearted black comedy about the triad world and the money-lending business.
It's a funny Show local directed by Jack Neo.. Everyone in the cinema laughed..
But not me.. For me, it's just another Mix Dialect show with a Ah Gua and a Tom Boy characters in it.. I don like cos it have so many Cut scenes which is so Obvious loh..
Overall it is still entertaining..

Today went to Grandma place 拜年 in the afternoon..
Quite Boring.. Not much relatives and cousins there..
No one to talk to much.. Only stay there and smile and greet and eat..
I even forgot what to call when greeting them.. lol..

Then walked home with mum to have some rest..
Evening went to watch Movie with my mum near our place..
好久沒有看電影了.. 自從 "The Golden Compass" with Mei 之後..
After movie, we went to eat MOS burger and came back home rest..
Now mum is having coffee and tea down there with frens and I'm alone at home on the net..

"CJ7" is a science fiction/comedy film written, produced and directed by Stephen Chow, who also stars in the film..
This is a Nice and Cool movie..
I love all movie by 周星馳..
The little actress 徐嬌 who act as his son is very funny too..
Quite disappointed in this movie as Stephen Chow didn't act as funny as he used to be in his last other movie..
I like the Alien Dog.. So Cute.. I want one too..

Overall still not bad and very good.. I love this movie.. Awesome..
Laugh at 1st and Cry at the last..

CNY Eve..

Wake up early just to go eat breakfast with my mum..
Then later come back home Clean Clean Clean my house..
Throwing away all my whole year collection of Rubbish in my room..
Found lots of old memories stuffs hidden for so long..

Late afternoon.. Feel so Sian of cleaning and clearing stuffs..
Went down for a Swim..
Half an hour only.. They are closing early too.. I was chase out.. lol..
Back home after shower help mum making dumpling..
Wow..

A Long Busy Day..

Yesterday.. I Off Day (Clearing PH) again..

Had a very good sleep that night..
Wake up early and do some work out..

I meet Jeffery at MRT station.. We went to HarbourFront there meet Antonia, Ah Min, KahSeng and Ah Lee..
Ah Lee just come back from Taiwan..
We went to eat DimSum Buffet at Dragon Gate Restaurant..
Eat very long time.. Chit Chat a lot..
We laughed so much.. Tears have been coming out from Antonia eyes..
Jeffery half time went meet his fren and we the rest continue until the times up..
Ah Min insisted on giving us the treat..
She so Good.. We so Pai Sei leh..

Later we took the Sentosa Express and went in to Sentosa to see the Flower Show..
But the show not yet started.. It only started from 7 feb to 17 feb..
We went in too early liao.. lol..
So we went walk around the island and took some photo..
Ah Min so good to me.. Insisted to buy me drink..
See See Look Look the whole island and we went back VivoCity walk a while and we separate went home..

While i on my way reaching home.. *.* I turned back and took MRT again..
I went to Suntec City to fetch my little Mei..
Giving her the surprise and make her happy..
She's not surprise at all lor.. She said she already predicted I sure go fetch her one lor..

Sent her home and me went back sleep..
This whole day i didn't spend much money at all.. Only $3 for the ticket to Sentosa.. All Free!!

This morning, wake up early for work..
